Absolute Beginner: Sewing Crash Course - August 20, 6-9pm

This one's for those of you who want a quick, down-and-dirty intro to using a sewing machine. In three hours, we'll cover threading the machine, winding the bobbin, machine settings, and basic stitching. We'll also sew a super simple (but cute and useful!) fold-over pouch. 

You'll leave this class with the skills you need to take one of our Confident Beginner level workshops, so this is a great option if you're eyeing one of those workshops but have never touched a sewing machine before. 

If you have your own machine and want to learn to use it, feel free to bring it with you (just make sure you have all the components including bobbins, foot pedal, etc). 

All supplies and materials are included in the cost of this class. All you need to bring is yourself (and your sewing machine if you choose)! If you'd like to use one of our studio machines, please check the box below to let us know. 🪡
