Summer Open Sew - Friday Afternoons

Come sew with us! ✨ This summer, we're hosting free open sewing afternoons on Fridays from 4-6pm. We'd love to meet you! 

This is an unguided time for people to work on their own sewing project in a group setting. We will not be providing any sewing instruction.
 

If you've never sewn before this event will not be a good fit - but don't worry, we can teach you! Check out our classes page to find a beginner sewing class, or sign up for a private lesson to get started learning this amazing and life-changing skill! :)

The following amenities are available in our shop:

• Extra-large 16 x 6 foot industrial cutting table
• Sewing table that seats up to 8 people
• Irons and ironing boards
• Basic tools (rulers, pins, snips, etc.)
  
  

Please bring your own sewing machine and any supplies you need for your project, or plan to purchase them here. We have a large-format printer and can print your PDF patterns for you in the shop.

Our Summer Open Sews will be limited to 6 people each week - please sign up by "purchasing" the day you plan to attend (the cost is $0). 

To be respectful of others who wish to attend, please only sign up if you are certain you can make it! If you sign up and don't show up, you are taking space from someone else. Thanks for understanding!
