The Waffle Happy Checkers collection by Fableism is a wide width (54/55″) fabric collection defined by its bold scale, waffle texture, and lively color play. Woven with a pronounced waffle-like surface, each fabric has a soft hand and visible depth that adds character and movement, making it especially striking in larger projects like home decor, quilt backings and garments! The design features oversized yarn-dyed squares measuring approximately 3 x 3 inches, giving the collection a modern graphic feel while still nodding to classic check patterns. The colors in this 100% cotton fabric are layered and nuanced — rich jewel tones, warm oranges and peaches, grassy greens, sunny yellows, and cool blues — often paired with soft pastels.
