Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to the USA only. We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or US Territories.

You will receive an email confirmation with order number once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit to you. Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. We will not be responsible for stolen or unretrieved orders if a package shows delivered. We ask that you please closely monitor delivery of your shipment.

We prepare orders for shipping Wed-Sun. Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday will be prepared for shipping the next day we are open. We typically ship orders within two days of the order date (often sooner).

Delivery times are determined by the carrier, but are typically 3-4 days after the order has shipped.
