100% Silk! A midweight fabric with an absolutely gorgeous drape, this is perfect for casual to dressy garments. Sews as easily as cotton (really!). Sometimes called "raw silk," it has a nubby texture. I think this is a really special fabric because of the combination of ease of sewing and the beautiful drape it has. You can create a really nice garment with less fuss.
Please note: dark colors can fade or streak if washed, so dry clean to retain their rich color. Silk noil breathes in hot climates, so it's great for travel.
